Returns

We accept return requests within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in resalable condition

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened items are not eligible for return.

  • Products that have been used, worn, opened, or damaged after delivery

  • Personal-use or hygiene-related items once opened or used

How to Request a Return

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Email address used at checkout

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos or videos if the item is damaged or defective

Incomplete requests may delay processing.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A refund

  • Store credit

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

If approved:

Order Cancellations
